Aaron Frye started Lucid Point Consulting (LPC) to be the consulting firm he wished he worked with when he was in the industry. Prior to launching LPC, Aaron worked in various fraud & payments risk functions at multiple institutions and recognized an opportunity to provide a service to clients of all asset size and revenue ranges.
LPC will only utilize resources that developed their expertise from working in the industry, and not from solely a consulting background. We believe our team members must've lived the reality of our clients to be able to service them at the highest level. As industry experience is our foundation, we do our best to avoid hourly rates in our business model.
Flat fee competitive prices and agreed upon outcomes is the simple straight-forward honest method to ensure our client's don't have any unexpected increase in costs. LPC is incentivized to work efficiently to execute engagements accordingly to the agreed upon results to provide a high quality return on investment (ROI).
